Ankatana is an architectural practice based in Ubud, Bali. We design spaces shaped by place, climate, material logic and the way people truly live — not by trend or repetition.

Who Are We?

We seek coherence rather than signature.

Our practice spans multiple scales and disciplines, guided by a single intention:
to create spaces that feel grounded, meaningful, and lasting.

We work across architecture and interior design, approaching each project as a unified spatial experience.

Our work also includes engineering coordination, renovation, and architectural consulting when clarity is required.

Beyond buildings, we design custom furniture, limited-edition objects,
and bespoke real estate developments for selected projects.

Each intervention is considered as part of a whole, never as an isolated element.
